Refund policy
HYGIENE & SAFETY — FINAL SALE. At DolceNodo, each product is thoughtfully handmade with care, comfort, and your child's safety in mind. Because of the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all of our products are final sale. Once an item leaves our studio, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please double-check your order details, including sizing, colors, and style, before checking out. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out prior to placing your order - we're happy to help!
LEGAL WARRANTY. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes the legal warranty available to consumers under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, which guarantees that goods sold are fit for their intended use and free from latent defects. This policy sets out our voluntary return and exchange practices in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.
EXCEPTIONS — DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS. While returns are not accepted, we will make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged; or
- You receive the wrong product.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number;
- Clear photos of the item and packaging; and
- A brief description of the issue.
We'll assess and provide a solution, depending on the case.
ORDER CHANGES. Because each item is custom-prepared soon after an order is placed:
- You may request a change within 1 hour of placing your order.
- After 1 hour, all orders are considered final and cannot be altered.
PLEASE NOTE. We cannot accept returns nor issue refunds for:
- Change of mind;
- Color or size preference (please refer to our sizing guide and photos before purchasing); or
- Items marked as delivered by the carrier, but claimed as not received. In this case, please contact the carrier directly.
