Shipping policy

At DolceNodo, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, please review the following shipping details before placing your order.

Shipping Rates — Canada. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders shipped within Quebec of $150 CAD (before taxes) or more. Orders shipped to Quebec below this amount are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10 CAD.

For all other Canadian provinces and territories, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

United States & International — Coming Soon. United States & International shipping are not yet available, but we are actively working to expand our reach, stay tuned. 

Processing Time. Each piece is made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, holidays, or events. We appreciate your patience as we create your custom piece.

Shipping Time. Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery time within Canada is 2–10 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays. Please note that DolceNodo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

Incorrect Address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DolceNodo is not responsible for attempted deliveries and/or packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
